The Weybridge Male Voice Choir is a Registered Charity (No. 1038624) whose main objective is to assist charities and community organisations through the performance of fund-raising concerts. The activities of the choir are also funded in part through ticket sales for its Spring, Autumn and Christmas Concerts and through the sale of CD recordings which it produces from time to time.

As part of its publicity operation the choir maintains mailing lists (email and surface mail) of supporters.  The personal information held on the email list consists of Forename, Surname and email address, plus the first four characters of the Post Code for anonymous statistical purposes.

When you order / purchase tickets or CDs from us by telephone, mailed order form or online through our website, your name, delivery address, email and contact number will be stored in our system for delivery purposes and to deal with any subsequent queries or problems. The information so recorded may also be used to advise you of forthcoming concerts and other information about the choir. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company or organisation. You can ask us to amend or remove this information from our records at any time (see below). You may, of course, purchase in person at our concerts or any other sale point we may use without supplying the aforementioned personal data.

In the case of our Email Supporters List we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our occasional newsletter.
